Having worked in movement health and nutrition for a number of years I have found that an overwhelming number of people require the same movement / rehabilitative exercises to get them out of pain and moving better.  I also found that among my clients nutritional support is often needed to get their health back to where it should be.  Therefore, I designed a 10 week course that will be beneficial for all.  The course will target:

  • Rehabilitative and functional movements for each part of the body.  

  • Nutritional and supplement advice.

  • Life-style hacks that improve mental state and general health.

The goal of the course is to give you the movements that will help you regain and maintain movement health while at the same time challenge you each week to make moderations in your diet and lifestyle. 


Although labelled as a course it is definitely more of a challenge as each week you will be prescribed a new exercise that is to be done daily alongside a nutritional / dietary change.  If you are looking to drop those bad habits and get moving well this is the course for you.

Who is this health course designed for?

The course is designed for the vast majority of people who are eager to improve their physical and nutritional health.  Those who are occasional gym goers or those who are exercise junkies should find value from each session. 

What is the course structure?

Each session will last 1.5 hours with the first  hour (approximately) being dedicated to yoga and movement pattern exercises.  The next 20 minutes will be on a nutritional topic with some time at the end for questions.

At the end of the class you will be asked to do one of the exercises learnt in the class each day until the next session where another exercise will be added to the routine.  By the end of the 10 weeks you will have a series of exercises that will help you gain flexibility, strength and the ability to move better.  

The nutritional part of the class will focus on dietary advice or supplement recommendations that should also be followed as soon as the session ends.
